Returns Policy
If you feel that our product has not performed to the standards we set out in our specification, and it is within its shelf life, please raise your complaint through the sales channel that you purchased it through. i.e. the retailer or online store where it was bought. Evidence of why you feel it has not met the performance specification should be included with your complaint.
The retailer / online store will then pas your complaint up the supply chain to us to evaluate.
Please note that as our products are light sensitive, we do not accept the return of nor provide refunds for, unused products where the outer packaging shows signs of having been opened.
If your product was purchased directly via our website then please contact our customer services team to arrange a collection and complete the Product Feedback form.
