  1. Ilford FP4 Plus

After shooting 2 bulk rolls of Ilford FP4 I can honestly say with experience that this is one of the best black and white films available today. Perfect for most kinds of photography. The sharpness and detail is outstanding, the grain especially viewed on a final print is absolutely beautiful. I have pushed and pulled the film by 1 stop with fantastic results too. The film speed 125iso is perfect for me, it allows me to shoot wide open to get shallow depth of field in the sunlight, or stop down and capture the full scene in focus from from to back.
This film is extremely well priced for the quality that you get, and if you buy in bulk it is even cheaper and who doesn't like cheap film?
I have just ordered another bulk roll myself its that good. Highly recommended!
  2. My favourite Ilford film of all

I used this 125 film with low grain in a sundry day to get fantastic street photography shots. The detail is incredible, see those wool textures on coats, and lines on peoples faces sharp.

Product Description

ILFORD FP4 PLUS is a medium speed, all-purpose black & white film with very fine grain and outstanding sharpness.

It has superb exposure latitude above and below its ISO 125, (meaning it can be both push or pull-processed). This makes FP4 PLUS a highly capable film for most photographic subjects, scenarios and lighting conditions.

It particularly excels at highly detailed subjects in good indoor and outdoor lighting conditions and is therefore an ideal film for portraits, fashion, street, product photography, landscapes and architecture.
