DETAILS OF THE ILFORD PHOTO 2008 MASTERCLASS PROGRAM WILL BE ANNOUNCED SOON
ILFORD PHOTO has launched a number of new initiatives designed to support traditional monochrome photography in the educational sector as a reinforcement of our commitment to the art.
We are undertaking an ambitious programme of one-day college events. We are offering a one-day Masterclass in traditional monochrome printing presented by leading UK printers/photographers which is entirely without charge and which would be held at your college. We recognise the importance of building good contacts with all colleges by giving something back to the college and students. We are hoping to run over 100 Masterclasses in UK colleges and universities.
Students will learn how to get the most out of their prints and negatives, learn through the experience of professional printer/photographers new techniques and what it is like to work as a professional photographer.
